Office & Corporate Artwork

Office and corporate artwork beyond the generic motivational poster.

Discuss commissioned illustration by Adelya for reception areas, shared rooms and the spaces your team uses every day. The starting point is the place and the people—not a logo enlarged to fill a wall.

Reception & meeting spaces

A focal illustration or small series that introduces the business through a subject, place or idea. It can relate to the identity without making every image an advertisement.

Shared areas

Artwork for lounges, kitchens or informal gathering spaces. The treatment can be more playful, quieter or more personal depending on how the room is used.

Wall-scale designs

An illustration planned for a larger surface, with the composition responding to doors, fixtures and viewing distance. The design and its physical installation are separate scopes.

How to catch zen in the capital
How to catch zen in the capital

It might be a connection to a city, an everyday object from your work or a subject that reflects the way the business sees the world. A strong starting point is specific enough to guide an image without turning it into an illustrated mission statement.

Share the workplace, intended atmosphere and the people who use it. A public reception and a room used for quiet concentration may need different amounts of visual activity. The artwork can acknowledge that difference while remaining part of a connected direction.

The examples on this page show conceptual, botanical and architectural approaches from Adelya’s portfolio. They are not claimed corporate installations or evidence of measured workplace outcomes.

Provide photographs, artwork areas, dimensions and any existing interior or brand guidelines. Include the number of locations, expected reproductions, budget and the dates your suppliers need final files.

Identify one point of contact for feedback and the stakeholders who must approve the direction. It is easier to resolve differing views at the sketch stage than after a detailed illustration has been completed.

Your project team should confirm materials, mounting, cleaning requirements and site restrictions with the relevant suppliers. Printing, fabrication, installation and compliance review are not automatically included in an illustration quote.

For a broader conversation about the artwork brief, explore artwork planning. For a repeat across surfaces, see surface patterns.

Put this direction into a useful brief.

Bring a relevant portfolio example and describe what you like about it: the handling of colour, the expression, the texture or the composition. Then describe your own subject and where the artwork will appear. The reference starts the discussion; the new work is developed for your particular purpose.

I am very pleased with Adelyaart's work, my illustrations turned out beautifully. Her English is excellent, which allowed for great communication. She is meticulous in her work. Whenever there are changes to be made to the illustrations, she does them quickly and nicely. In short, she is a delight to work with, and I highly recommend her.

Office artwork questions.

Can you create something that fits our existing identity?

Share the guidelines and say how closely the artwork should follow them. Supporting illustration can complement the brand without repeating the same logo treatment everywhere.

Can the design become an office mural?

A wall-scale illustration can be discussed using your dimensions and installer requirements. Site painting and installation need separate confirmation.

Can we reproduce artwork in several offices?

List the locations, copies and formats before commissioning. The licence and files should cover the actual rollout.

Can staff contribute ideas?

You can collect their references or themes into the initial brief. Agree who consolidates the input and who gives final approval so feedback remains workable.

What determines the price?

Artwork count, complexity, size, medium, adaptations, usage and production requirements. A single reception piece and a multi-site programme are different scopes.

Will the artwork improve productivity or wellbeing?

No such outcome is promised. This is a creative commission developed for an agreed setting and purpose, not a workplace intervention with guaranteed results. See the current terms.

What should your workplace feel like?

Send the room, the brief and the people who will help approve the project.
