The picture and the installation
are different decisions.
Provide photographs of the room, approximate artwork dimensions, palette and the number of pieces needed. Identify the approval contact and facility-specific production requirements before the artwork is prepared.
Your facility and its suppliers determine appropriate materials, framing, cleaning provisions, mounting and installation. Those decisions are not established by an illustration on a screen or a room mockup.
Original paintings, licensed reproductions and large printed surfaces require different handoffs. Explain the intended format and quantity so the quote can separate creative work from printing, fabrication and site work.
Do not send patient records or unnecessary personal information as references. Photographs of the space and a non-identifying description of its use are enough to begin.

Bring a relevant portfolio example and describe what you like about it: the handling of colour, the expression, the texture or the composition. Then describe your own subject and where the artwork will appear. The reference starts the discussion; the new work is developed for your particular purpose.

Discuss the visual direction with the responsible team before detailed work begins. Resolve subjects and composition at the agreed checkpoints.
3. Artwork & handoff
Complete approved images and deliver the specified files or originals. Production and installation proceed through the separately agreed suppliers.

Is this an art-therapy service?
No. It is an illustration and artwork discussion, not therapy, diagnosis or clinical care.
Can you provide artwork for a dental or therapist’s waiting room?
Share the room and your team’s requirements for review. Suitability is assessed for the actual setting rather than promised for every type of practice.
Can we request particular subjects or avoid others?
Yes, include those requirements in the initial brief. The responsible team should approve the direction before final artwork develops.
Are the frames or prints suitable for our facility?
Your facility and production suppliers must confirm material and installation suitability. No certification or performance claim is implied by the artwork examples.
Can one series be used in several locations?
List all sites, copies and formats before commissioning. The agreed licence and production scope should cover the intended use.
What determines the price and timing?
The number of artworks, complexity, medium, review requirements, exports and licence. Physical production is a separate consideration. See the current terms.
